Our ACS audit is upon us!

Our client approached us when they realised they had a ACS audit due in 4 weeks and had just identified that they had approximately 90 candidates who had not been vetted to the SIA BS7858 security screening standard…

They just give up…

Not all security and vetting companies behave in the same way. A call to our office revealed an unhappy HR Manager whose current vetting company seemed to be making a habit of finding an issue with a file, delaying their progress and then invoicing him anyway without telling him what had happened.
He was understandably quite cynical when we advised that our approach is to do everything possible to ensure that a client can keep the employee they have worked so hard to recruit. In practical terms we never cancel or terminate a file without examining every option to resolve any issues. And we only cancel a file with the agreement of a client.

Help – our SIA staff haven’t been vetted!

Driver Licence Certification – at the double

The recruitment process is costly and lengthy enough without last minute problems – but people are not always as honest as they might be.
When our client’s applicant was checked out for a driving position we discovered that he had 12 penalty points on his licence and was therefore banned from driving. Fortunately, we were able to phone our client so quickly that he was immediately able to go back to another applicant to fill the position saving him both time and money. We were very popular that day!
